　　2019年12月27日，中国城镇供水排水协会建筑给水排水分会成立大会在北京新疆大厦成功举办。中国城镇供水排水协会会长章林伟、中国建筑设计研究院有限公司总经理马海，行业专家、学者以及城镇建筑给水排水设计院、科研院校、水务企业、材料设备厂家等企业代表150余人参与活动。中关村海绵城市工程研究院有限公司董事长潘晓军受邀出席。
