The first member conference of sponge City Industrial Innovation Center was held in Beijing

In the afternoon of November 12, 2018, the first member conference of sponge City Industrial Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as "innovation center") was held in Beijing. Zhao Li, chairman of the architectural water supply and drainage research branch of China Architecture Society (hereinafter referred to as "the architectural water supply and drainage branch"), Zhang Linwei, former deputy director of the Urban Construction Department of the Ministry of housing and urban rural development, pan Xiaojun, director of the innovation center and director of Zhongguancun sponge Urban Engineering Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "ZhongGuanCun sponge Institute"), Meng Qingyi, deputy director of Beijing Water Science and Technology Research Institute, and Bei Xu zongxue, Professor of Water Science Research Institute of Beijing Normal University, Wei Yuanjian, researcher of ecological environment research center of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Zhu Shenggao, senior engineer of China building materials inspection and Certification Group Co., Ltd., Jing Zhenwei, manager of Investment Department of GuangLianda Technology Co., Ltd., Zhou Fuchun, chairman of Beijing Jinhe Water Construction Group Co., Ltd., and chairman of Zhejiang Zhengkang Industry Co., Ltd Huang jiancong, deputy general manager of Jiangsu hemajing Co., Ltd. Zhou Minwei and other guests attended the event.

Zhao Li, President of the building water supply and drainage branch, delivered a speech to the conference. On behalf of the building water supply and drainage branch, he expressed sincere thanks to all enterprises, universities, scientific research institutes and experts who supported the construction of the innovation center, and hoped that the innovation center could give full play to the advantages of industrial collaborative innovation mode and lead the rapid development of industry norms in the context of the national sponge city strategy. After the speech, chairman Zhao Li and Chairman Pan Xiaojun jointly unveiled the innovation center.

After the unveiling ceremony, Chairman Pan Xiaojun delivered a keynote speech. He said that the innovation center will work with leading enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions in the industry to build a "collaborative innovation ecosystem model", establish a detection and monitoring center, a standardization research center, a digital intelligence center, a demonstration application center, an integrated research center of production, learning and research, a Certification Center and a talent training base, and promote the standardized development and comprehensive upgrading of the industry.
