Due to the early construction period and high building density. More than 85% of the underlying surface types in the area are hard impervious ground, and the greening rate is at the bottom and the greening is mostly the high-level layout of micro terrain. Due to the narrow roads and frequent backwater in the road surface, the independent rainwater and sewage drainage system is connected randomly by the residents to solve the drainage problem temporarily.

The reconstruction of the project focuses on increasing the rate of permeable underlying surface, solving the problem of regional water accumulation, and realizing the separation of rain and sewage.
