Project background:

Shaling village is located in the Northwest Mountainous Area of Yanshou Town, Changping District. The soil of the village is limestone layer, and there are 25 resident households in total. Shaling village, Changping, 50km away from the urban area. The house is built on the hillside, and it has been in the natural disaster range of debris flow for a long time. Then the whole village was relocated under the supervision of the government.

All the houses on the old site of Shaling village are scattered on the hillside, all of which are dangerous houses. There is not only the risk of debris flow collapse, but also the inconvenience of traffic, the traffic in the village is not smooth, which greatly affects the quality of life of the villagers.

Project Profile:

The project is a reconstruction project of the village cultural activity center in Shaling new village, with a construction area of 1530 square meters, two floors above the ground and one floor below the ground, and a building height of 9 meters. The building structure is frame structure, and the fire resistance rating of the building is grade II. The overall facade style of the building is the continuation of the Huizhou style of Shaling new village, with grey tiles and white walls, neat and bright internal space, and comfortable use.
The heating is gas boiler heating, and the water supply and drainage are connected with the main pipeline in the village.
