Beijing 798 Art District, the new business card of Beijing, is one of the most cultural and iconic art centers in the world. Therefore, Beijing is listed as the most developed city in the world. 500 domestic and foreign cultural and art institutions have settled in, 120 heads of state have visited, 4.2 million tourists and 2000 art exhibitions are visited every year, and art festivals are held every year.

With the support of Zhongguancun, the project plans to actively explore and practice, accumulate experience in the construction of ultra-low energy-saving buildings and rainwater comprehensive utilization technology for other parks in the process of new reconstruction and expansion, and promote the improvement and perfection of Beijing ecological park. Project Description:the project adapts to the local climate characteristics and natural conditions. Through the enclosure structure with higher heat preservation and insulation performance and air tightness performance, the efficient fresh air heat recovery technology is adopted to minimize the heating and cooling demand of the building, and make full use of renewable energy to provide comfortable indoor environment with less energy consumption and meet the basic requirements of green building.
