Project construction scope:The fifth zone of the project construction covers the west of Tonghai Road, the north of Kunlun Avenue, the east of Xueshi road and the south of Haiyan road; the sixth zone covers the west of Wenyuan Road, the north of Kunlun Avenue, the east of Tonghai road and the south of Haiyan road. The total construction area is 227.51hm2.
Construction content:The fifth and sixth drainage zoning plan design of Xining sponge city construction demonstration area involves building and community, park and green land sponge transformation and other contents.

Project Profile:
Xining is the second batch of sponge city pilot cities;
The pilot area is located in the west of Xining central city, with a total area of 21.61km2;
Haihu New District, Chengxi district and Chengbei district are involved;
The pilot area is divided into 14 drainage zones;
The conceptual scheme project area is the fifth and sixth drainage zones, belonging to the administrative area of Haihu new area.

Current situation analysis
Drainage: the rainwater and sewage are divided into drainage system. The sewage pipes are collected and discharged to the sewage treatment plant, and the rainwater pipes are collected and discharged to the Huangshui River in the north.
Waterlogging: the drainage capacity of a small part of rainwater pipe section is insufficient, slightly overloaded, and there is ponding.
Current situation of sponge Transformation: the municipal road in zone 5 has been completed sponge transformation.
Problem analysis:
1. In this area, public buildings are mainly constructed, which are large-area impervious pavement. Rainwater is directly collected by municipal pipelines and discharged to Huangshui River, affecting its water quality;
2. The landscape effect of the park green space is general, and the function of recreation is lack, so it does not interact with the surrounding land; and the terrain is higher than the surrounding land, so it cannot absorb the rainwater of the surrounding land.
3. There is a large area of underground space development in the residential area, the roof covering soil is 0.8-1.5m, and some lid measures are difficult to implement.
4. The building drainage is basically internal drainage, and the rainwater is discharged directly without treatment, which has a certain impact on the water quality of the receiving water body, and the rainwater resources are not effectively utilized.

Comprehensive utilization area - purification utilization to reduce pollution into the river
Current features: the sports center is basically all hardened, with convenient rainwater organization.
Strategy: take the opportunity of sponging, make full use of the current drainage organization, reasonably control rainwater, collect and utilize rainwater, and reuse it in this area.
Science popularization demonstration area
Current characteristics: the campus is relatively new, the infrastructure is relatively complete, and some areas need to be improved.
Strategy: complete the index control, and use the school platform to carry out science popularization education in sponge city.
Stay in the background area -- form theme interaction with surrounding plots
Current characteristics: large area greening, but the effect of greening people's livelihood is poor.
Strategy: combined with the actual needs, the green space will be built into a "culture and Education Exhibition Park, leisure and entertainment park, fitness and leisure park" three front-line parks, with themes combined with horizontal needs of the people's livelihood park.
Index strengthening area
Current characteristics: mainly building community, under construction and reconstruction, part of the regional landscape improvement space is large.
Strategy: Based on sponge transformation, strengthen assessment indicators, and improve landscape and infrastructure.
Selection of applicable measures
This area focuses on the problem of controlling water quantity, water quality and water resource shortage at the source, integrating the natural conditions, underlying surface, infrastructure conditions, etc., and determining the key application of "stagnation, purification and use" measures in residential areas, and the appropriate use of "infiltration, storage and discharge" measures; the public buildings focus on the application of "stagnation, storage, purification and use" measures, and the appropriate use of "infiltration and discharge" measures; the park green space is very important The measures of "seepage, stagnation, storage, purification and utilization" shall be applied, and the measures of "drainage" shall be used appropriately.

Sponge and landscape integration upgrading and transformation area
Current characteristics: the construction period of the community is early, the landscape effect is poor, and some of them are damaged.
Strategy: take sponge as the opportunity, take landscape as the carrier, and comprehensively improve.

Protective sponge transformation area
Current characteristics: the community is relatively new, the landscape effect is good, and the infrastructure is perfect.
Strategy: respect the current landscape and carry out protective sponge transformation.
Typical project: East Huating District, Antai (transformation completed)
Sponge comprehensive construction area
Current characteristics: projects under construction.
Strategy: sponge construction and project construction "design construction acceptance" three synchronization.
Typical project selection principles:
The site conditions are good, sponge system is complete and typical demonstration is good.

Design concept
According to the upper planning, the "Wenjing Street South waterlogging area" in zone 6: the bid proposal and reconstruction of the DN500 rainwater pipeline in Wenjing street is 285m, the dn400 rainwater pipeline in Haiyan road is 235m, and the DN500 rainwater pipeline is 118m; the planned new rainwater regulation and storage pool is 75m3 located in the plot of Yuhe Park and the total electric power research building.
This adjustment: the main means of waterlogging control should be to reduce the source of the plot + raise the standard of the pipe network, and the end storage pool should be used as the auxiliary means. Considering the space limitation of the current community, the storage pool should be set in the green belt on the side of the road;
